Cristina Pinzone

Clinical Operations Manager

Cristina is our Clinical Operations Manager and in-house Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has worked in the field of Behaviour Support for over 8 years and is passionate about improving quality of life through a person-centred approach, giving individuals a voice in their own supports that break the mold of traditional therapy.

Cristina has completed a Master’s Degree in Education, with a specialisation in Behaviour Analysis, and is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Cristina has also completed specialist training in sexualised behaviours of concern and is proudly one of only two behavioural sexologists in Australia!

Fun Fact: Cristina LOVES chilli oil and will add some form of chilli to every meal!

Tom Cui

Senior Occupational Therapist

Tom is a Senior Occupational Therapist. Tom has completed a master’s degree in occupational therapy, and he has been working in the field of occupational therapy for 8 years. 

Tom likes to think of occupational therapists as puzzle solvers, because they assist clients in solving how to complete tasks that they may or may not have been able to do in the past. 

Fun Fact: Tom is a metalhead. He likes a number of bands from the 80s. Tom is good at producing noise at home with his Gibson guitar.

April Moe

Behaviour Support Practitioner

April is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with a passion for helping people grow and thrive. With a background in both teaching and Applied Behaviour Analysis, she works with individuals who need support in home, school, clinic, and community settings. Her focus is on building communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and independence in ways that are meaningful for each person.

April’s approach is practical, evidence-based, person-centred, and neuro-affirming. She tailors every strategy to fit each person’s strengths and goals, and loves working alongside families to create plans that are achievable, empowering, and sustainable. She believes that celebrating even the smallest steps forward can lead to big, lasting changes.

Fun Fact: April enjoys trying out new recipes from all kinds of sources, though after cooking, she’s often too tired to eat!

Laura Conroy

Occupational Therapist

Laura is an occupational therapist who has completed a degree in Occupational Therapy and who has been practicing for over five years. She has a broad range of experience and has worked primarily with all age groups in inpatient and community mental health settings. She has also gained experience working with adult and elderly populations presenting with physical challenges in both general hospital and community settings.

Laura appreciates her career in healthcare as she enjoys fostering therapeutic relationships with her clients and using her personality to support service users to build on their self-esteem and to heighten their motivation to achieve their personal goals.

Fun fact: Laura adores dogs – remember to keep your pets in a different room if she comes to visit as it could end up being a very long occupational therapy session!

Caoimhe Gaffney

Occupational Therapist

Caoimhe is an Occupational Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. She is passionate about supporting individuals to live to their full potential and achieve meaningful independence in their daily lives.

With experience in both acute and community settings, Caoimhe has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them rebuild confidence, restore functional skills, and re-engage in the activities that matter most to them.

She believes that progress is made one step at a time and that every little step is a great step in the right direction. Caoimhe is committed to providing person-centred care, empowering each individual she works with to reach their own goals at their own pace.

Fun Fact: I’m from Ireland, I love cooking for my flat mates, and yes—potatoes are non-negotiable.
