Lauren Giarrusso
Clinical Operations Manager
Lauren is our Clinical Operations Manager and a Clinical Psychologist. She has worked in the field of psychology for 15 years, delivering direct client services, customer and stakeholder liaison and clinical management. Lauren is passionate about supporting individuals to forge their own path, starting wherever they are at. Lauren is also a Board Approved Supervisor, and really values the opportunity to support clinicians reflect on their work and evolve their skills.
Fun Fact: Lauren accidently acquired her first tattoo at 15; a pen pierced the centre of her palm. She still has the green dot to prove it!
Cristina Pinzone
Clinical Operations Manager
Cristina is our Clinical Operations Manager and in-house Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has worked in the field of Behaviour Support for over 8 years and is passionate about improving quality of life through a person-centred approach, giving individuals a voice in their own supports that break the mold of traditional therapy.
Cristina has completed a Master’s Degree in Education, with a specialisation in Behaviour Analysis, and is also a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
Cristina has also completed specialist training in sexualised behaviours of concern and is proudly one of only two behavioural sexologists in Australia!
Fun Fact: Cristina LOVES chilli oil and will add some form of chilli to every meal!
Priya Prasad
Occupational Therapist
Priya is an Occupational Therapist who has completed her degree in Occupational Therapy and is registered to practise in Australia. She has experience working with both adults and children and previously practised in India, supporting clients with a wide range of physical, developmental, and functional needs in clinical and hospital settings.
Priya is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care. She values client satisfaction and strives to help individuals achieve as much independence as possible. She likes to build strong rapport and takes time to understand each client’s goals and works collaboratively to support meaningful outcomes.
Fun fact : Outside of work, Priya loves trying new foods and exploring new places.
Freya Fleming
Speech Pathologist
Freya is a Speech Pathologist who has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science and a master’s degree in Speech Pathology at La Trobe University. Freya has worked with children, adolescents and adults with communication and swallowing difficulties. Working within the NDIS space for the past 3 years has provided Freya with extensive experience providing mealtime assessments, AAC assessments and speech and language intervention.
Freya is passionate about helping people be active participants in their environment through person-centred care. She combines clinical expertise with empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and motivated to achieve their goals. Freya loves giving someone the tools to order their own coffee, answer the phone, and tell their own story.
Fun fact: Freya loves 80’s music. Her favourite band is Talking Heads.
Laura Conroy
Occupational Therapist
Laura is an occupational therapist who has completed a degree in Occupational Therapy and who has been practicing for over five years. She has a broad range of experience and has worked primarily with all age groups in inpatient and community mental health settings. She has also gained experience working with adult and elderly populations presenting with physical challenges in both general hospital and community settings.
Laura appreciates her career in healthcare as she enjoys fostering therapeutic relationships with her clients and using her personality to support service users to build on their self-esteem and to heighten their motivation to achieve their personal goals.
Fun fact: Laura adores dogs – remember to keep your pets in a different room if she comes to visit as it could end up being a very long occupational therapy session!
